Our Champion Jodi McNamara, driver trainer at H.W. Richardson Group, has a real passion for building the future of transport. For her, there are very few things more inspiring than meeting likeminded people with the ambition and drive to make a real change in their chosen field. Following the two-day Road to Success Driving Change Diversity Programme held in Wellington, she walked away feeling inspired and excited about what they could contribute to the future of the industry as a group.
